Get a car mag like Redline as they usually have heaps of companies that advertise insurance in them, and just get a quote from them all.
At your age there is nothing cheap as far as auto insurance goes, just wait til your 21 or above.

There is nothing cheap at your age and your disqualification has made it worse unfortunately.

The yellow pages out and start ringing brokers failing that have look in the back of luck.
